Exeter was awarded a prime contract by the FDA to support the Enterprise System Life Cycle Management Support (ELMS) initiative. This IDIQ contract has a period of performance of 10 years if all options are exercised. We will be providing enterprise systems development services, enterprise level IT support, and program and management technical support. Exeter is also a subcontractor to Lockheed Martin on their large business ELMS award.

Exeter was awarded a prime contract by the Department of Education, Office of Federal Student Aid, to support the Enterprise Development Support Services (EDSS) program. This IDIQ contract has a period of performance of 10 years if all options are exercised. We will be providing Enterprise Program/Project Support Services that include IV&V, program quality assurance and enterprise quality management, program and project management, acquisition management, and investment management.
