Exeter's system integration team presents organizations with the skill and experience to productively integrate software solutions into their environments. When the government identifies a function to be outsourced, Exeter has a proven approach to developing a solution, implementing that solution, and then assuming operational responsibility. This approach begins with a business transition analysis performed by the appropriate subject matter experts. This analysis will result in the identification of new processes typically built around a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solution, which is selected after rigorously matching features and requirements. Once the solution is integrated into the legacy environment, the accompanying process changes are implemented. Then, after the appropriate testing has been completed successfully, we go operational. Throughout, metrics are captured to facilitate continuous improvement efforts.
