Recent college grads most often join Exeter Group as a consultant or a software developer. Consultants work actively with clients and gain first hand exposure to varied projects that involve applying technology to business issues. We believe the best means of seeing successful results is a systematic approach to problem definition, solution design, development, and implementation. Candidates with an excellent academic record and a background in the liberal arts, the sciences, business, or related technical field, and an interest in computing, are encouraged to apply for consultant positions.
Software developers must be skilled in requirements analysis, software design and construction and must exhibit attention to detail and strong teamwork capabilities. Minimum requirements are a four-year college degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
